Biznovators strives to deliver products efficiently while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful online payment for the product. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier arrangements.

2. Delivery Within Pune City

For deliveries within and around Pune city, Biznovators manages the delivery directly. In such cases, no delivery charges are applied.

3. Delivery Outside Pune

For orders delivered outside Pune city, shipping will be handled through a third-party courier service.

In such cases:

• Shipping charges will be charged at actual cost
• Customers will be informed of the delivery cost before dispatch
• The delivery cost must be paid in full online through the Biznovators E-commerce Portal before dispatch, as intimated to the customer. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders delivered outside Pune city.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, and product availability.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Biznovators will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

6. Delivery Delays

Biznovators is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
